1. Acceptance
By accessing https://event2share.com and using its services (viewing an event, uploading media, posting a comment, requesting access), you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Ownership of uploaded content
You may only upload photos, videos or other media that you own — meaning you personally captured the material, or you have received explicit permission from the copyright holder to redistribute it.
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading it, you grant Event2Share a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and display the content within the specific event where it was uploaded.
3. Consent of people appearing in media
If a person is identifiable in your upload, you declare that you have their consent (or, for minors, the consent of their legal guardians) to share that content on this platform.
4. Prohibited content
You may not upload, post or share content that:
- Incites violence, xenophobia, racism, homophobia, transphobia or any form of hate speech.
- Contains sexually explicit acts, pornography, or any sexual content involving minors.
- Depicts violence, self-harm, abuse, or the exploitation of minors.
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, dignity or image rights of any third party.
- Constitutes harassment, defamation, or targeted intimidation.
- Promotes illegal activity, drugs, or the sale of restricted goods.
- Contains malicious code or attempts to compromise the service.
5. Moderation
Every event has an assigned Event Manager who is responsible for approving, rejecting, or removing content and comments in that event. The site administrator (contact@event2share.com) may also remove content or entire events at any time, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.
6. Requesting access to private events
Private events require a password. Anyone may submit an access request through the form provided, but approval and password sharing are entirely at the Event Manager's discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee access.
7. Reporting abuse or requesting removal
If you find content that violates these terms, or if you appear in a photo or video and want it removed, contact contact@event2share.com. We will review the request promptly.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for content uploaded by users. Users bear sole legal responsibility for the material they upload.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
